Entanet works with channel Partners, enabling them to provide voice and data connectivity services to residential, SoHo, SME and corporate clients throughout the UK.

When you become an Entanet Partner you decide how you want to work with us. Our flexibility allows you to market our services either under your own brand or as Entanet. You're also able to choose the billing and support arrangements that suit your business. By becoming an Entanet Partner you benefit from:

Extensive services portfolio

Partnering Entanet enables you to provide a complete solution to your customers and protect your relationship with them. You can cherry pick from multiple broadband packages, add business class IP Telephony and/or traditional telecoms services, and provide bespoke data connectivity solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Easy ordering

The simpler the ordering and provisioning process the easier it is to concentrate on developing your business. Entanet's secure Partner website allows you to place and track orders, view reports, monitor usage, view commission information and more. Alternatively, our customisable sign-up scripts eliminate admin time because customers order directly from your own site. XML is also available if you prefer a fully streamlined solution.

Flexible billing

Billing is a key reason for partnering Entanet. You decide who bills your customers, you or us. You can even opt for a single monthly bill for all of your connections. For services invoiced by Entanet you receive ongoing monthly commission for as long as the connection remains active.

Channel support

Long term customer relationships are built on service quality, so it's vital you have the resource and expertise to help you deliver it quickly and efficiently. Entanet's dedicated account management and customer services teams are on hand to address your sales, admin and provisioning needs.

24/7 technical support

You can have confidence that Entanet's UK based technical support team is available 24/7 for first and second line support to both you and your customers. That support can also be provided under your own brand

Free Calls

As a Partner you have the option to set up a free Entanet VoIP account. In addition to making calls to key Entagroup sales, admin and technical support numbers completely free of charge, you save on calls to UK, International and mobile numbers. You also benefit from a host of features including free voicemail, SMS facility, real-time call data, call forwarding and more.

Partner Resources

Entanet provides its Partners with all the resources required to coherently sell, support and provision the extensive range of services available through informative literature, useful web facilities including sign up scripts and admin consoles through to comprehensive Partner training. Our dedicated team of account managers and our customer services team are also on hand to help.

Credibility

A good reputation is something to be both aspired to and defended. Entanet and many of its Partners enjoy a very positive profile, regularly being rated highly on leading service provider forums (e.g. thinkbroadband.com and dslzoneuk.net). In 2006 and 2007 Entanet won the CRN "Specialist Vendor of the Year" award for its focus on delivering service quality and support to channel Partners. During 2007 Entanet was also a finalist in The Channel Network Awards, The Comms Business Awards and in five categories in the ISPA Awards. In 2008 Entanet was again nominated for a staggering five categories in the ISPA awards and went on to win the titles of “Best Internet Telephony” and “Best Consumer Email”.
