MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ONLINE)

An enthusiastic marketing professional is required to maintain the company’s online assets- enta.net; opinion.enta.net; wiki.enta.net; entacall.com; and Entanet’s online presence using Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO and more. Equally important, will be the development and design of customer facing portals and contributing to the structure, design and compatibility of online marketing campaigns. The right candidate will possess a solid understanding of search engine optimisation strategies coupled with the ability to research, create, maintain and report on PPC campaigns. A firm understanding of current and developing web standards is required for this role, with an understanding of CSS and PHP/MySQL development skills advantageous.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

You will be assisting with all marketing activities including producing and distributing online promotional materials to support sales and marketing campaigns. TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPERATIVE

Working within the established First Line Support Team, you will be giving help and technical support to Internet users and Resellers over the telephone and by e-mail. The right candidate will be a technically competent Internet enthusiast; with excellent communication skills supplemented by a good general understanding of all Microsoft based operating systems. This position operates with rotational shift patterns covering the hours of 8am – 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday & Sunday (5 days - 38 ¼ hours per week).

PRODUCT MANAGER

You will be managing a set of voice and data connectivity products within Entanet’s portfolio. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements; and with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers. You will have 1-2 years of marketing/product management experience, with a good understanding of the technical aspects of the Internet and telecom products desirable.

INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

You will be responsible for selling a wide range of business voice and data services to new and existing customers over the telephone. Working as part of a well established sales team at our Telford office, you’ll be making outbound calls, as well as receiving inbound calls to manage existing clients and generate new business opportunities. Your proven track record will have ideally been gained in a similar intensive targeted sales environment.
