Entanet enables channel Partners to resell highly competitive voice and data connectivity services and facilitates the smooth ordering and provisioning of these services via an extensive online system known as the Entanet Partner site. Its services have extended beyond straightforward broadband to include bespoke connectivity, Internet telephony and traditional telecoms solutions.

In order to create a competitive service portfolio for Partners, Entanet has invested heavily in an extensive and robust MPLS-based network which boasts 99% geographic coverage throughout the UK and which extends into Europe. It also provides colocation and hosting facilities at its Telford based Network Operations Centre, where it has three large data floors, as well as in London Docklands. It also maintains active peering and transit relationships.

In 2006 Entanet merged the operations of its telecommunications sister company, Entacall, into its data operations in order to meet the growing market for converged solutions. As a result, Entanet Partners are able to 'cherry pick' the services which best fit their business model

As a market leader looking to the future, Entanet is heavily involved with new industry developments. It currently plays an active and influential part in the trialling and rollout of BT's 21CN and is an active member of leading industry boards including ISPA, ITSPA and OFCOM.
